Office Syndrome, which brings about aches and pains in any parts of their bodies, is often found among officers in the present time. Accordingly, we normally see abundant health spas and massage clubs growing all the time. Those pains could be found in every age range varying on case by case. It’s true that they are not the serious diseases or physical disorders if they don’t occur too obvious and form to chronic symptoms.
In the Chiropractor’s viewpoint, the pains and aches are like a sign of structural imbalance or body overuse so that it is too hard for one’s body condition. As a result, those are shown through such sign of health problem called Posture Disorder.
Postural Disorder, a condition of structural disorder which is affected by movement imbalance or functional imbalance including muscle, bone and joint, can occur from several factors such as genetic , accident and infection. However, the main important reasons that bring us to have such disorder is the wrong lifestyle in our workplace, lacking of proper exercise, having food without considering about the nutrition. All said reasons can lead to imbalance weight loading, weakness of supporting muscle, imbalance of spinal. Finally a chronic pain, a degeneration process of bone , a muscle weakness will be occurred.
In brief, the Postural Disorder can be prevented by focusing on your own movement and making sure that every position you do is correct are required, Please keeping in your mind all the time you move “the prevention is easier than fix”
